According to Alexa rankings, the Korean internet portal DreamWiz is the 38th most visited site by Palestinians. The site offers free unlimited email and personal home page hosting. But, the strange thing is that the site is available only in Korean and the vast majority of Palestinans cannot understand it. Any explanation?
